Senior Manager, IT

📋 Description

• Lead Corporate IT infra and support roadmap: identity, endpoint, SaaS, and AI governance.
• Own the operating model for a distributed IT team: priorities, escalations, metrics, runbooks.
• Drive MFA and identity modernization: Okta Verify, Device Trust, least privilege.
• Lead endpoint management and device compliance across Jamf-to-Iru migration.
• Partner with HRIS and Business Systems for onboarding, RBAC, SCIM provisioning.
• Ensure SF/NY IT readiness, remote support, AV networking, and production escalations.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in corporate IT, infra, identity/access, endpoints, or enterprise SaaS.
• 2+ years people-management leading IT engineering, infrastructure, or workplace teams.
• Hands-on or architectural depth with Okta/IAM, SSO, SAML/OIDC, SCIM, MFA.
• Experience with Jamf, Iru, MDM, Mac fleet management, device lifecycle, refresh planning.
• Experience building scalable IT support ops: escalation, metrics, runbooks, incident response.
• Ability to partner across Security, Compliance, People, Workplace, Finance, Legal, Eng.
