Senior Manager, IT Applications

📋 Description

• Manage and maintain the enterprise application portfolio, including validated GxP and clinical
• Serve as the primary owner for application uptime, performance, configuration, troubleshooting, and
• Lead application implementations, upgrades, integrations, and decommissions, coordinating computer
• Maintain application governance covering change control, access management, data integrity, system
• Partner with Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, and HR teams to gather requirements
• Act as a bridge between IT and business stakeholders, communicating system changes clearly and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; an advanced
• 8+ years of experience in IT applications, including at least 2 years in a management or team-lead
• Hands-on experience administering GxP and validated systems, such as Veeva Vault or Box, within a
• Experience managing enterprise IT applications, including ITSM and Microsoft 365 or comparable
• Working knowledge of GxP requirements, 21 CFR Part 11, and computer system validation practices.
• Demonstrated experience managing vendors, budgets, application initiatives, and cross-functional
