📋 Description

• Establish the IT engineering strategy, roadmap, OKRs, and resource plans in alignment with

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT engineering, infrastructure, systems engineering, network
• 5+ years of experience leading and managing technical teams in a high-growth or globally
• Deep expertise in enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, networking, systems administration
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs from strategy and architecture through
• Experience establishing technical strategy, engineering standards, OKRs, resource plans, and
• Ability to synthesize complex technical and business requirements into clear recommendations and
