Senior Manager, IT Enterprise Applications, Digital Workplace

📋 Description

• Owns the technical roadmap, governance model, and architecture for Service & Knowledge
• Leads, coaches, and develops a team of platform administrators, developers, and technical architects
• Directs platform delivery, including planning, prioritizing, and releasing new functionality
• Leads platform governance and steering committees
• Serves as the technical escalation point for critical service disruptions
• Manages vendor relationships, licensing, contracts, and budget

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience delivering and managing enterprise applications and collaboration platforms
• 5+ years of experience coordinating work across internal teams and external vendors, including
• 3+ years in a formal people-management role (required)
• Deep platform architecture experience with hands-on configuration and administration in ServiceNow
• Effective executive communication and stakeholder management skills (required)
• Experience architecting and governing complex enterprise IT platforms across more than one vendor
