Senior Manager, ITGC SOX & Internal Controls

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain the IT applications scope under SOX and the ITGC plan.
• Lead the ITGC workstream, ensuring timely design and testing for in-scope apps.
• Provide remediation guidance meeting SOX requirements, especially GITCs.
• Coordinate with management and external auditors, and agree remediation with IT.
• Provide regular ITGC updates to VP for SteerCo, Exec, and Audit Committees.
• Build and lead the ITGC SOX team and provide hands-on support for control execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8 years' experience leading SOX ITGC programmes.
• IPO SOX readiness experience highly desirable.
• IT risk management and IT Internal Audit desirable.
• Big 4 experience preferred, though not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley Act, particularly General IT Controls.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and travel willingness.
