• Coach, develop, and retain top talent; balance resources efficiently.

• Advise on account planning and develop strategic client plans.
• Build strong C-level relationships with agencies and brands.

🎯 Requirements

• 10-15+ years in digital media sales/marketing.
• 3+ years people management in sales.
• Expert in digital media with emphasis on paid social.
• Mentor others with a track record of career growth.
• Experience navigating complex orgs with executive Entertainment stakeholders.
• Experience with direct advertiser sales including negotiations and partnerships.
