📋 Description

• Define and execute strategy to scale Latent Last Mile nationwide.
• Design/refine partner onboarding to grow the delivery network.
• Own service quality and cost metrics; drive improvements.
• Build and lead cluster managers and team leads; set vision.
• Identify operational gaps; drive data-led process improvements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize cost and service.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
• 5–7 years in e-commerce logistics or hyperlocal delivery.
• Proven experience in process design and operations implementation in logistics.
• People leadership experience, managing frontline/blue-collar workers.
• Structured problem-solving with a customer-first mindset.
• Entrepreneurial, go-getter attitude; comfortable building processes in ambiguity.
