Senior Manager, Licensing

📋 Description

• Support regulatory strategy, licensing plans, and submissions under the Director.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate NRC submissions and compliance.
• Use data analytics to manage licensing schedules and NRC docket activity.
• Manage regulatory activities and milestones across licensing disciplines.
• Coordinate licensing inputs to ensure on-schedule, technically sound submissions.
• Review regulator documents for accuracy and flag issues.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Engineering or Science (Mechanical, Nuclear, Electrical).
• 8+ years in engineering, project management, or licensing.
• Experience contributing to licensing/regulatory affairs with deliverables ownership.
• Experience with NRC/DOE/regulator interactions (lead or support).
• Strong technical writing for regulatory submissions and RAIs.
• Working knowledge of NRC regulations, requirements, guidance, and industry codes.
