• Own lifecycle strategy and activation/retention goals
• Lead a marketing team; set priorities and growth plans
• Own email channel strategy and optimization
• Guide renewal, expansion, cross-sell initiatives
• Partner with advocacy/education teams for connected experiences
• Analyze metrics and report insights to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in lifecycle/CRM/email marketing
• 3+ years leading marketing teams
• Hands-on with Iterable or Braze, SFMC, or Marketo
• Expertise in segmentation, personalization, testing
• Experience with renewal/upsell programs
• Strong data-driven decision making; cross-functional collaboration
