Senior Manager, Loads & Dynamics

📋 Description

• Lead Dynamics team for loads and environment predictions across missions.
• Drive product lifecycle from concept to flight support.
• Develop and maintain system-level dynamic models and load cases.
• Derive internal loads from system requirements: quasi-static, vibration, shock.
• Support test planning and qualification activities for vibration and shock.
• Mentor engineers and drive process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
• 8+ years of aerospace or safety-critical engineering.
• 2+ years of technical leadership or engineering management.
• Loads/env predictions, structural dynamics, vibration, acoustic, or shock.
• Proficiency with FEMAP/NASTRAN, ANSYS, Abaqus, or equivalent.
• Experience in cross-functional engineering and manufacturing environments.
