Senior Manager, Loan Salability & Model Governance

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end asset quality and loan salability oversight for secured lending.
• Lead a small team of analysts; partner with Risk, Capital Markets, MRM, Product, Eng.
• Establish methodology, cadence, governance, and reporting for risk and exams.
• Monitor salability and risk across channels; escalate repurchase risk early.
• Translate findings into remediation plans; track closure and escalation.
• Maintain exam-ready governance materials for regulators and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in financial services risk management, compliance, or asset quality.
• Experience with loan-level quality review, investor delivery, and repurchase risk.
• Experience monitoring portfolio performance across origination channels.
• Experience with first-line model oversight and production model monitoring.
• Experience leading analysts and cross-functional risk/operations programs.
• CRCM/FRM or equivalent certification (preferred).
