Senior Manager, M&A Finance Integration

📋 Description

• Scope and own the finance integration plan for each transaction across every phase, from LOI and
• Tailor the plan to the integration model (full integration vs. standalone subsidiary) and define
• Ensure every function is engaged at the right phase, with clear owners, dependencies, and
• Run the integration operating rhythm: workstream check-ins, issue logs, risk registers, RACI
• Negotiate deliverables and trade-offs directly with functional leads; escalate to the Director with
• Drive Finance Day 1 readiness: bank account control and signers, payroll cutover, AP/AR continuity

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of at least two finance integration projects or entity set up
• Working accounting fluency across the areas your stakeholders own: the close calendar, chart of
• Strong program-management capability: comfortable scoping ambiguous work, owning multiple parallel
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or equivalent) in an acquisition and migration
• Cross-functional credibility with Legal, Tax, People, Corporate Development, and Finance
• Comfort operating under deal-environment time pressure and confidentiality, with sound judgment
