Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Data Science, Product, and Business.
Coach and develop team members' careers and collaboration skills.

🎯 Requirements

12+ years engineering exp with 5+ years leading a team
BS, MS or PhD in CS or related field
Experience building and architecting full-stack systems at enterprise scale
Experience applying AI technologies to products
Technical leadership: lead teams and align with Product/Data Science
Strong communication and collaboration across teams
