🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing or leading data service infra teams; 5+ years of hands-on software
• Understanding one of the database internals: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Aurora, CockroachDB, TiDB, MongoDB
• Hands-on background with cloud native and separating compute from storage architecture.
• Expert on life of a query and life of a transaction.
• You enjoy helping your colleagues achieve more with less effort.
• You have experience operating services in production and at scale and are versed in reliability
