  • Source, pitch, and onboard institutional prospects in APAC/EMEA.
  • Drive adoption of tokenized RWA offerings with institutions.
  • Position Crypto.com ecosystem to meet institutional needs.
  • Own end-to-end onboarding with Legal, Compliance, and Operations.
  • Manage relationships and upsell/cross-sell RWA instruments and new products.
  • Provide market insights on competitors, landscape, and regulatory trends in APAC/EMEA.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4–12 yrs in institutional sales/BD/rel mgmt in FinTech or regulated finance.
  • 2+ yrs in digital assets; knowledge of spot/derivatives and RWA.
  • CFD/retail broker understanding; hands-on CFD/retail broker sales preferred.
  • Working knowledge of tokenized real-world assets; BD in this vertical a strong plus.
  • Existing APAC/EMEA institutional network with crypto interests.
  • API connectivity, FIX protocol, sub-accounts, and on-chain settlement literacy.
