  • Source, pitch, and onboard institutional prospects (APAC/EMEA).
  • Drive tokenized real-world asset (RWA) adoption with institutional clients.
  • Position Crypto.com ecosystem to meet institutional needs.
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding with Legal, Compliance, and Ops.
  • Serve as primary contact for your book; drive retention and upsell.
  • Provide market insights to Product/Strategy on APAC/EMEA trends.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4–12 years in institutional sales/BD/RM in FinTech or regulated derivatives.
  • 2+ years in digital assets with knowledge of spot/derivatives, custodial workflows, and RWA products.
  • Existing APAC/EMEA institutional network.
  • Technical literacy: API connectivity, FIX protocol, sub-accounts, on-chain settlement.
  • RWA familiarity; BD/sales in tokenized assets is a strong plus.
  • Execution-focused with a track record of meeting quotas across product types.
