  • Pipeline execution: source, pitch, and onboard institutional prospects across APAC/EMEA.
  • RWA sales: drive adoption of tokenized RWA offerings among institutional clients.

  • Onboarding management: lead end-to-end onboarding with Legal/Compliance for quick time-to-trade.
  • Relationship management: own book; ensure client retention and upsell opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience: 4–12 years in institutional sales, BD, or RM in FinTech or regulated derivatives.
  • Domain knowledge: 2+ years in digital assets; spot/derivatives, custody, RWA familiarity.
  • CFD & retail broker understanding: broker-LP relationships; A-book/B-book; retail flow.
  • RWA familiarity: tokenized assets; on-chain settlements; sales in this vertical a plus.
  • Network: existing APAC/EMEA institutional contacts with crypto exposure.
  • Technical literacy: API connectivity, FIX protocol, sub-accounts, and on-chain settlement with client tech teams.
