🎯 Requirements

  • 4–8 years in institutional sales/BD/RM in FinTech/regulated finance.
  • 2+ years in digital assets; knowledge of spot/derivatives.
  • Solid CFD and retail broker understanding; hands-on experience.
  • Familiar with prediction markets or tokenized real assets.
  • Existing APAC/EMEA institutional network.
  • Technical literacy: API connectivity, FIX, sub-accounts, on-chain settlement.
