  • Source, pitch, and onboard institutional prospects (hedge funds, family offices).
  • Drive adoption of Crypto.com prediction market contracts and tokenized RWA offerings.
  • Position Crypto.com ecosystem to meet institutional trader needs.
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding with Legal, Compliance, and Ops.
  • Serve as primary contact for your book; drive retention and upsell.
  • Provide market insights to Product/Strategy on APAC/EMEA trends.
  • Maintain CRM records and KPI forecasts (volume, AUM, notional).

🎯 Requirements

  • 4–8 years in Institutional Sales, BD, or RM in FinTech or regulated finance.
  • 2+ years in digital assets; knowledge of spot/derivatives and custody.
  • Strong CFD and retail broker understanding; broker-LP relationships.
  • Knowledge of prediction markets and tokenized RWA; sales/BD a plus.
  • Existing APAC/EMEA network of crypto funds and asset managers.
  • Technical literacy: API, FIX, sub-accounts, on-chain settlement.
  • Execution focus: track record meeting quotas across products.
  • Communication: presenting to PMs, Ops Heads, CEOs, and execs.
  • Startup mindset; agile in evolving market/regulatory environments.
