• Owning the territory P&L, priorities, and business performance

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building and scaling operations, with direct ownership of frontline teams or
• Experience succeeding in an ambiguous, early-stage, or 0-to-10 environment
• Experience managing people to measurable business results
• Ability to spend four to five days per week in the field
• Data Orientation & mindset
• Ability to handle the math to understand impact

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary plus uncapped commission
• Expected annual OTE of $182,700–$203,000
