📋 Description

• Own and maintain GridUnity’s Market Map as a strategic decision tool.
• Synthesize competitive, regulatory, tariff, and customer signals for leadership.
• Identify market dynamics and shifts to inform product direction and differentiation.
• Define GridUnity’s posture: compete, coexist, or integrate across adjacent categories.
• Lead partnership strategy and lifecycle from identification to ongoing relationships.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, CX, and Leadership to align strategy and roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Policy, Economics, Energy Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Significant experience in market strategy, competitive intelligence, product strategy, business development, or partnerships in energy/tech.
• SaaS/tech environment with exposure to product strategy, positioning, or GTM decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct competitive analysis, market mapping, and translate into strategic recommendations.
• Experience negotiating and structuring commercial or product partnership agreements and managing external relationships.
• Knowledge of transmission and distribution trends and interconnection planning processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication; executive-level narratives.
