• Integrated Marketing Operations: Build and maintain the operating framework that translates LATAM
• Campaign Workflow Management: Own campaign intake, briefing, workback schedules, approvals, status

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, integrated marketing, campaign operations, creative
• Proven experience building operational processes across multiple channels, markets, stakeholders
• Strong expertise in campaign planning, workback management, creative/localization workflows
• Experience with workflow and project-management platforms such as Wrike, Asana, Monday.com
• Excellent organizational judgment and the ability to simplify complex cross-functional work into
• Strong stakeholder-management skills, including experience partnering with global teams, agencies
