Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, UCANZ

📋 Description

• Own the operational coordination of UCANZ marketing activity, translating global and regional
• Maintain an integrated view of regional marketing readiness and ensure activities move effectively
• Coordinate multiple campaigns, markets, asset types, stakeholders, and deadlines while maintaining
• Establish operating standards that enable accurate, timely, and scalable execution across UCANZ
• Anticipate execution risks, surface decisions, and proactively remove blockers that could affect
• Partner with Integrated Planning to incorporate regional priorities, launches, campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign operations, creative operations, marketing
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-market marketing campaigns with dependencies across
• Experience coordinating both globally originated campaigns and locally originated marketing
• Strong knowledge of marketing production workflows across digital, video, social, paid media, CRM
• Proven ability to coordinate across matrixed organizations and build effective relationships among
