Senior Manager, Marketing Technology

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and grow a martech engineering team; set goals and development paths
• Own sprint planning, delivery management, and roadmap for martech
• Establish engineering standards, docs, and runbooks across the team
• Balance hands-on guidance with strategic planning and review of designs
• Own the martech roadmap (CDP, reverse ETL, activation) and vendor consolidation
• Partner with Data Engineering to design Customer 360 as activation foundation

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Martech, Marketing Ops, CRM, or Data Eng; 2+ years leading teams
• CDPs and reverse ETL tools (e.g., Hightouch, GrowthLoop)
• Messaging platforms like Braze, Sinch, Attentive, Airship (Email/Push/SMS)
• SQL and cloud data warehouses; event-driven architectures
• Python or JavaScript; capable of managing a hybrid activation stack
• Proven retention/crm/lifecycle programs at scale; strong cross-functional partnering
