📋 Description

• Design, implement, optimize, and maintain customer user journeys across Braze and Segment
• Support segmentation strategies to deliver personalized marketing campaigns and customer
• Own A/B testing and product analytics, leveraging data insights to improve marketing performance in
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, business management, and
• Maintain and troubleshoot technical issues, including routinely testing of all Martech capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in development and/or operational management of client facing
• Understanding of marketing automation, digital advertising, customer data platforms and content
• Expertise in developing new technical solutions
• Experience in marketing automation required
• Deep familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools
