Senior Manager, Material Planning

📋 Description

• Establish policies guiding strategies and execution of planning tools, processes, and personnel to
• Oversee component yield planning, lineside kanban sizing, MRP Plan loads accuracy, ECO process
• Collaborate with Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing and Service teams to streamline component
• Directly responsible for MRP integrity at the component level, including component buffering
• Lead the Line Side Kanban Sizing and closed loop implementation by collaborating with
• Identify chronic shortages with Production Planning and Manufacturing, and work with Procurement on

• Detailed understanding of material planning, demand scheduling, and supply planning with strong
• Strong process driven mindset, data/analytical capabilities, ability to solve problems and drive
• Key abilities include conflict resolution, consensus building, and gaining commitment of
• Demonstrated skill in influencing cross-functional colleagues within a matrixed and multinational
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, executive communication skills
• Masters or BS degree or equivalent
