Senior Manager, Medical Affairs Operations

📋 Description

• Partner with Medical Affairs leadership to translate departmental priorities into actionable plans
• Support leadership meetings and planning activities by developing agendas, preparing materials
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and leadership updates that provide visibility
• Facilitate collaboration between Medical Affairs and teams such as Preclinical Research, Clinical
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings, prepare agendas with relevant stakeholders, document
• Develop strong working relationships across departments and encourage a collaborative

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business administration, healthcare administration, or a
• At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, competing
• Experience developing and maintaining project plans, dashboards, reporting tools, and other systems
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to anticipate needs, identify challenges, and
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, including the ability to influence

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary range of $170,000–$220,000 USD.
