Lead APAC Merchant Risk Operations team for Payments
Own end-to-end operational performance for APAC merchant risk, incl. SLAs and quality
Oversee monitoring, investigation and escalation workflows across APAC
Partner with global legal, risk and compliance to implement policies and controls
Collaborate with Product/Engineering to evolve risk tooling (rules engines, AI workflows)
Champion automation and AI to reduce manual work and speed decisions

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in payments/fintech/acquiring with 3+ years people management
Deep merchant risk expertise: credit/fraud risk and brand risk (AUP/compliance)
Proven track record managing senior ICs in multi-location teams
Operate fast in ambiguity, set priorities, and drive outcomes in a fast-growth environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Mandarin language proficiency (preferred)
