📋 Description

• Lead, drive, and inspire a team of Key Account Managers focused on growing revenue from EBANX's
• Define and execute account growth strategies, portfolio segmentation, and account prioritization
• Drive pipeline generation, deal velocity, and team performance.
• Personally engage with these enterprise accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and escalation point
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Legal
• Monitor account health and usage data to proactively spot growth opportunities and retention risks.

🎯 Requirements

• A track record in a leadership position within a commercial role (Key Account Management, Customer
• Experience managing or leading account management/commercial teams.
• Strong payments industry experience is required.
• Experience handling complex, multi-stakeholder commercial relationships.
• Strong experience with Salesforce CRM, AI tools, and analytics tools to manage account portfolios
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written) required; Spanish is a plus.
