Senior Manager, Moderation Escalations

📋 Description

• Build a world-class global escalations and insights program.
• Lead distributed teams across US, India, and global regions via Follow-the-Sun.
• Shift from reactive to proactive moderation by identifying root causes and systemic fixes.
• Recruit and lead a specialized escalation and incident management team.
• Turn escalation data into actionable leadership insights.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to improve safety tooling and systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field.
• Experience in operations or policy roles in Trust and Safety or content moderation with incident management.
• Experience managing people, including coaching and development.
• Strong program management skills; leading projects at scale.
• Experience developing processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Experience using data and AI tools to accelerate decision-making.
