• Lead and develop the team: Manage, coach, and mentor a team of three professionals, establishing

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including demand generation or campaign management in the
• Previous experience managing direct reports, with a demonstrated ability to coach, mentor
• Proven success designing and executing multichannel, full-funnel marketing campaigns that generate
• Strong understanding of MSP business models, channel ecosystems, partner relationships, and the
• Experience planning and executing field marketing initiatives, trade shows, partner events, or
• Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and demand generation platforms such as HubSpot
