Senior Manager, Network Operations

📋 Description

• Manage the Regional Network Manager and Agent Lead Teams
• Own Agent Deactivation Decisions
• Serve as the Operational Escalation Point
• Partner on Strategic and Cross-Functional Work
• Resolve misalignment between RNM and Agent Lead; own prioritization when needs conflict
• Ensure consistent standards, tooling, and escalation protocols across all four regions

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5+ years of experience in network operations, field operations, or multi-site operations
• People-management experience across more than one function or team type
• Experience managing managers
• Comfortable sharing authority without diluting accountability
• Fast, decisive prioritization between peers
• Strong operational judgment
