Senior Manager of Business Systems

📋 Description

• Own configuration and administration of Jane's business systems.
• Build consolidated view of tools, costs, and roadmap.
• Lead tool selection, procurement, and integration decisions.
• Partner with executives to align workflows with architecture.
• Design and operate the integration/middleware layer (iPaaS, APIs).
• Own data ingestion and pipeline infrastructure with Analytics.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in business systems or enterprise apps, with 4+ in leadership.
• Led scale business systems in SaaS; 500–1500 employees.
• Hands-on requirements gathering and solution design with stakeholders.
• Direct CRM implementation experience (HubSpot or Salesforce) including config and data decisions.
• Strong SaaS tooling foundation: CRM, finance, HR, identity, iPaaS.
• Experience designing/operating an integration architecture (iPaaS vs others).
• Partnered with Data & Analytics on ingestion and pipelines.
• Vendor selection and procurement instincts.
