📋 Description

• Own GTM systems stack end-to-end (Salesforce, CPQ, Marketo, Clay).
• Lead Salesforce architecture and governance across objects, flows, routing.
• Build automation and AI workflows to remove manual GTM work.
• Own data quality and enrichment across Salesforce and Marketo for ABM and forecasting.
• Turn ambiguous requests from Sales/Marketing/CS into scalable solutions with durable docs.
• Manage a small team, set priorities, unblock work, and sustain GTM velocity.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in GTM Systems or Revenue Ops in B2B SaaS.
• 1+ year leading direct reports in systems/ops/admin.
• Deep Salesforce expertise: org design, flows, governance, integration.
• CPQ, Clay, ZoomInfo; CommonRoom experience a plus.
• Track record designing AI-powered GTM workflows and practical AI leverage.
• Strong analytics, data quality, and SQL fluency for metrics.
