📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and scale multiple software engineering teams within Compute Infrastructure in order
• Drive the multi-quarter technical roadmap for compute orchestration and control plane services in
• Establish robust operational rigor, automated telemetry, and SLO/SLA standards in order to maximize

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading and scaling software engineering teams focused on low-level infrastructure, Go
• Deep understanding of distributed systems architecture, high-throughput microservices, and control
• Experience leading, coaching, and scaling multi-team engineering organizations, with a proven track
• Exceptional relational intelligence and empathetic communication, with a proven ability to bridge
• A natural curiosity, an appetite for candid feedback, and a 'leave it better than you found it'
