Onsite collaboration Tue/Wed; Thurs encouraged for in-person work

🎯 Requirements

10+ years designing digital products with UX and UI
3+ years managing and coaching designers
Collaborated with Product and Engineering to define roadmap
Portfolio of UX and visual design on complex digital products
Strong AI-first design and workflows experience
Experience using AI tools such as Claude Cowork
