Senior Manager of Product Development - Knits & Sweaters

📋 Description

• Partner cross-functionally to develop best product with design, tech design, materials, merchandising
• Ensure on-time development to design intent; optimize construction, finishes, and cost
• Build strong supplier relationships via email and calls
• Own costing, calendars, and internal tools for cross-functional communications
• Manage seasonal milestones and long-lead calendars
• Track style development ratio and manage workload balance

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product development experience in knits & sweaters
• Sweater yarn development experience is a plus
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Passionate about product with attention to detail
• Entrepreneurial, resourceful approach to process improvements
• In-depth cost negotiations and time management skills
• Intermediate knowledge of PLM, Google Sheets, Airtable
• Ability to travel overseas and work with diverse cultures
