• Project finance modeling: represent current and future financing strategies.
• Financial structuring: tailor financing solutions for CRE partners.
• Tax equity origination: source/manage tax equity with customers/partners.
• Project finance execution: model-to-close financing; cross-team collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Finance/Economics or related plus 5 years; or Master's plus 3.
• 5 years (3 with Master's) in modeling, negotiating, and closing complex financing.
• Advanced modeling, multi-project work, translating models, project finance execution.
• Telecommuting is permitted.
• Must have authority to work permanently in the U.S.
