Senior Manager of Strategy & Operations

📋 Description

• Lead two strategic analysis processes from framing through recommendation
• Find and recommend one international and one adjacent acquisition candidate
• Build AI agents to identify, track, and analyze potential acquisition targets
• Own key analytical workstreams on acquisitions and strategic investments, including market sizing

🎯 Requirements

• You drive the work: take ambiguous problems to recommendation with initiative
• You build and deploy AI agents into real workflows using tools like Claude, Claude Code, MCP
• You bring intellectual rigor: build financial models and valuations from first principles
• You work well with senior leaders: clear communication and credibility
• Roughly 5-8 years in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, venture, corporate
