Senior Manager, Offensive Security

📋 Description

• Lead the Offensive Security function; shape Penetration Testing and Red Teaming.
• Lead a team of offensive security engineers; set goals and mentor.
• Run internal and external pen tests end-to-end; vendor/SOW and budget ownership.
• Use real-world TTPs to test security; perform red/purple team assessments.
• Manage Product Security testing environments; enable frontier AI model evals.
• Produce actionable reports for technical and executive audiences.

🎯 Requirements

• BS or MS in CS, Cybersecurity, Eng, or related field.
• 7+ years hands-on web/API/network pentesting.
• 3+ years leading offensive security teams.
• Familiar with MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP, PTES.
• Experience with Burp Suite, Cobalt Strike/Sliver, BloodHound.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or PowerShell.
