Develop transformation artifacts (SOPs, transition plans, playbooks)
Collaborate with Change Management, PMO, Operations, external partners

🎯 Requirements

10+ years of experience in transformation delivery, systems implementation, process redesign, or
Experience leading complex cross-functional implementations
Strong process design and systems thinking skills
Ability to influence senior stakeholders
Organizational and planning skills, excellent communication
Strong project management skills
