📋 Description

  • Identify and onboard high-potential online merchants.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6–10 years in Partnerships, BD, Enterprise Sales, Strategic Accounts, Growth, or Category Management.
  • Proven track record of acquiring and scaling partnerships.
  • Strong hunting and farming capabilities.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management.
  • Experience engaging with senior executives and decision-makers.
  • First-principles problem solver in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and business judgment.
  • Prior experience in payments, fintech, e-commerce, or platform businesses preferred.
