Senior Manager, Operational Excellence and Process Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead a team of Laboratory Systems Scientists to implement and optimize laboratory systems and processes.
• Bridge strategy with day-to-day work in lab systems, process engineering, asset management, and tech transfer.
• Ensure laboratory systems and workflows are scalable, efficient, compliant, and aligned with growth.
• Collaborate with Ops, R&D, Bioinformatics, Software/Automation Eng, QA and Regulatory teams.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives in a regulated clinical laboratory environment.
• Reports to the Director of Laboratory Operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong leadership and practical expertise in operational excellence and process engineering.
• Experience managing a team in a regulated clinical laboratory environment.
• Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives with software, automation, QA, Regulatory, and Product teams.
• Knowledge of laboratory systems, asset management, and technology transfer.
• Experience with high-throughput and high-complexity molecular testing operations.
