Senior Manager, Operational Excellence (Workforce Strategy mp; Planning)

📋 Description

• Lead workforce strategy and scalable Workforce Mgmt across Patient Services Ops.
• Partner with Ops, Product & Engineering, Data, Finance, HR to optimize planning and resource
• Design command center and real-time operations for rapid response to demand shifts.
• Drive strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams to scale Blink’s operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12+ years in operational strategy, workforce mgmt, or related fields in high-growth settings.
• Experience designing operating models for in-house and outsourced workforces.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving with Lean/Six Sigma preferred.
• Data-driven decisions using Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI (or similar).
• Leadership of cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
