📋 Description

Lead, develop, and motivate manufacturing and janitorial teams
Promote communication and collaboration across 12-hour shifts
Develop and deliver departmental business plans with Associate Director

Establish and monitor key performance indicators and capacity strategies

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical science, engineering, or related
5+ years operations supervision in regulated manufacturing
Strong knowledge of GMP requirements and manufacturing processes
Experience with risk-based verification and compliance management
Experience leading teams across shift-based operations
Strong understanding of capacity planning, production scheduling, KPIs
