📋 Description

• Develop and maintain an Operations Strategy enablement roadmap aligned with organizational
• Identify proven capabilities, technologies, and operating practices that can be adapted and scaled
• Lead strategic enablement initiatives from business-case development through implementation
• Translate operational needs into clear business requirements and partner with Product and
• Establish governance, workplans, milestones, dependencies, success measures, and decision points
• Drive alignment and accountability across functional teams while proactively managing risks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, strategy, finance, technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in operations strategy, business transformation, operational excellence
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through
• Strong understanding of operational processes, technology-enabled transformation, and change
• Ability to recognize connections across business functions and translate successful solutions into
