📋 Description

• Develop and maintain an Operations Strategy enablement roadmap aligned with organizational
• Identify proven capabilities, technologies, automation opportunities, AI applications, and
• Lead complex strategic enablement initiatives from opportunity identification and business-case
• Translate operational needs into clear business requirements and partner closely with Product and
• Establish governance structures, workplans, milestones, dependencies, success measures, and
• Drive alignment across functional teams while proactively identifying and managing risks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, strategy, finance, technology, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in operations strategy, business transformation, operational excellence
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from initial concept through
• Strong understanding of operational processes, technology-enabled transformation, change
• Ability to identify connections and opportunities across business functions and translate
• Experience developing business cases, defining requirements, creating implementation plans
