📋 Description

• Own technical SEO performance: develop and execute Arize's technical SEO roadmap; audit and improve
• Build Arize's AEO and AI search strategy: establish a measurable framework for visibility across
• Drive organic acquisition and competitive growth: conduct competitive search and content-gap
• Own website growth and optimization: partner with Marketing Engineering and web development
• Build a data-driven organic growth program: own reporting for organic visibility, search

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on SEO and organic growth experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, developer tooling
• Deep expertise in technical SEO, including indexing, crawling, rendering, redirects, canonical
• Demonstrated experience improving organic visibility and qualified traffic in competitive search
• Practical experience investigating or optimizing visibility in AI search and answer engines
• Strong understanding of website development fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Ability to work directly with developers, diagnose technical problems, and write detailed
