Senior Manager, Partner Sales

📋 Description

• Drive Partner Sourced ACR across North America and LATAM
• Act as Deal Maker to support team and direct sales in maturing partner-led opportunities from
• Provide in-the-trenches mentorship to upskill team on deal mechanics, partner positioning, and
• Build a one-team culture between Channel organization and Direct Sales AEs
• Leverage existing network in Observability to elevate partner relationships and drive executive
• Operate in evolving environment, building the car whilst driving it

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience in Observability, APM, or Log Management space (Mandatory)
• AMER network: executive relationships across top North American and LATAM VARs, SIs, and regional
• Proven track record of personally helping sales teams close deals through the channel (Deal Maker
• Resilience and agility to thrive in environments under construction
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
