📋 Description

• Oversee end-to-end payment operations for advisors.
• Manage bookings ingestion and advisor payouts across HQ and offshore.
• Drive process improvements and automation in payments workflows.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, Data, and Advisor Experience.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team across HQ and offshore.
• Monitor KPIs and deliver insights to senior leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years in consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startups.
• Operator mindset: balance strategy with hands-on execution.
• Stakeholder management: cross-functional collaboration and clear requirements.
• Analytical rigor: data-driven decision making; dashboards and KPIs.
• Communication: exceptional written and verbal skills.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
